You never get a second chance to make a first impression!
We build websites that build your business.
Your website is the first impression potential clients have of your business. It's essential they understand what you do, who you are and that you present the best image of your brand.
We focus on business objectives to turn your web design vision into a friendly, engaging, and responsive reality and a top-quality customer experience. Our job is to help your business grow, with a website that helps grow your business.
"A website should always be built with clear goals and with a focus on your return on investment."
How we work
The first thing we do when we start working with you is a free, no-obligation analysis. This helps us determine what’s working well with your current online presence and what could do with some tweaking, or a rebuild in order to get it looking fantastic and working even better.
We provide a no-nonsense, custom solution to suit your business, with excellent ongoing support and maintenance.
We deliver on-time, on budget and on brief.
Our web design process
1 - Initial Discussion
An informal phone chat to understand as much as possible about your ideas, budget, current website issues and so on.
The most important thing is to make sure that what we offer is what you are looking for and we are happy to provide advice and guidance.
If we feel that we are not best suited we are happy to make recommendations.
2 - Business Audit
We get to know your business and its products, your marketplace, company culture and what you want from your new site. We look at different website examples to get an idea of your vision.
We agree a general style and site structure, layout, features and functionality, content and imagery, and the user journey.
We produce online mock-ups, finalise a quote and timescales.
3 - Development Site
We create a development site online so that you can view progress at every stage.
We believe that a collaborative approach involving you as much as possible works best, that way the site really reflects your ideas and your business.
We then have a period of refinement to ensure that this corresponds to the brief, plus any creative flourishes.
4 - User Testing
We get you and your team to do user testing, give feedback and make sure that we have covered all aspects as outlined in the original brief.
Once the desktop site is finalised, we will then make it fully responsive so it works perfectly across all mobile devices.
5 - Final set-up
We set up the hosting servers ready for launch and provide you with all the access details.
We make sure that domain name and email address changes are coordinated with other communication media such as business cards, and brief you on content updates.
6 - Launch
The site goes live, and we can get on with online referencing and implement maintenance and support agreements to make sure your site is constantly stable and performing.
We monitor the site’s status in the initial days to ensure that everything is running smoothly.
A stable and efficient website platform using WordPress
WordPress’ market share is 34% of all websites - you will never be left dependent on any one developer.
If you’re a large corporate brand with a big marketing budget and complicated functionality requirements, hiring developers to custom code a website can make sense. But most businesses do not need this, nor should they want to be left dependent on any one developer or agency.
We offer a dependable and adaptable WordPress solution to your website needs, with a high level of personalised support. Since mobile usage is over 50% of all internet traffic, we make sure that your website is mobile friendly, with a responsive design for all types of devices.
Support & maintenance
As well as looking good, your website is there to do a job, so it needs to be kept in good working order. Many electronic items such as smartphones receive automatic updates to improve functionality, fix glitches, get rid of bugs and protect against viruses.
Unfortunately websites don’t work in the same way. WordPress and other plugin providers are constantly providing updates to ensure that the product evolves, however if your website isn’t looked after and monitored it becomes vulnerable and a potential target for hackers and scammers. All your hard work could be lost, and this can cost your business in many different ways.
